Salon Policies

As our guest we would like to thank you for spending your day with us.   We look forward to the time you can return and let us care for you again.

    Parking :

         Advanced Hair Design shares a parking lot with other establishments. If the lot is full there is more parking on the side and the rear of building.

    Cancellations :

          We understand that occasionally a schedule adjustment may be necessary, but we do request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice.  We reserve the right to ask  for a credit card guarantee on any service and /or to charge a late cancellation / "No Show" fee of 50% of the value of your appointment.

    Timing :

          In order to enjoy your experience we request that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we'll try our very best to accommodate every client. However, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

    Considerations :

          Advanced Hair Design is seeking to provide a relaxing environment. We request that you please refrain from leaving  your cell phone on during your appointment.. Also, if at all possible you avoid bringing small children with you unless they have an appointment.
